Cancellation Policy
$10 non-refundable deposits are required to secure your appointments. The deposit is applied towards your appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment entirely, you will not get that deposit back. If you need to reschedule, please allow AT LEAST 48 hours notice in order for your deposit to apply to a RESCHEDULED appointment date (can reschedule up to 2 times). If not, you will lose that deposit. If you still wish/need to reschedule, but didn't let me know in time, I will have to collect another $10. Deposits are accepted by credit or debit through Square and PayPal directly on the website. A deposit must be left in order to secure an appointment slot. Deposits are due upon booking the appointment. Please contact Lauren directly to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
